NewTekno is a technology solutions company based in the New York–New Jersey area. We provide end-to-end IT services — from custom software and mobile apps to cloud infrastructure, audiovisual systems, and certified project management. Who leads NewTekno?

NewTekno is founded and led by Oscar Delossantos, a PMP-certified IT professional with extensive experience in systems development, project management, and technology strategy. PMP certification means every project is managed using industry-standard methodology — with accountability, structure, and proven processes.

What does PMP-certified mean?

PMP stands for Project Management Professional — a globally recognized certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It demonstrates expertise in project planning, execution, risk management, and delivery. Less than 1% of project managers worldwide hold this certification. When your project is PMP-led, you get disciplined management, not guesswork.

Do you work with small organizations, not just large companies?

Do you serve clients outside New Jersey and New York?

While headquartered in the NJ/NY area, many of our services — including software development, cloud solutions, consulting, and project management — are delivered remotely to clients across the United States. On-site services like AV installation and IT support are available in the NJ/NY metro area and surrounding regions.

Can you handle multiple services for the same client?

Do you build both iOS and Android apps?

Yes. We develop native applications for both iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin with Jetpack Compose). Native development means better performance, better user experience, and access to platform-specific features compared to generic cross-platform apps.

Do you provide ongoing support after a project is complete?

From there, we develop a scoped proposal with timeline and investment. Once approved, we kick off the project with a structured plan — milestones, communication cadence, and deliverables clearly defined upfront.

How long does a typical project take?

It depends on the scope. A simple website integration might take 2–4 weeks. A custom mobile application typically takes 8–16 weeks. A full systems integration or cloud migration varies based on complexity. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the proposal phase — and we hold to it.

Will I be kept informed during the project?

How does NewTekno charge for services?

It depends on the service type:

  • Fixed-price projects — For clearly scoped work (a specific app or website), we provide a fixed quote.
  • Time & Materials — For ongoing support, consulting, or evolving projects.
  • Retainer — For clients who need consistent monthly IT support, consulting, or research services.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes — always. Your first 30-minute consultation is completely free with no obligation. We believe in earning your trust through the quality of our conversation before asking for a commitment.

Is there a minimum project size?

We don't have a strict minimum, but most of our projects start around $1,500 for smaller engagements (like IT consulting or small integrations) and range to $50,000+ for complex software development or infrastructure projects. We work with organizations at different investment levels and will be honest if a project isn't the right fit.

Language & Communication

Do you offer services in Spanish?
